Management structure

The figure below presents a concise overview of the whole EDL management structure and main program-level meetings. It reflects the EDL matrix structure. EDL is organized as follows:

The figure above shows the interaction between the management teams:

• A Steering Committee, consisting of the program leader (PL) and a few representatives from SMEs and large companies, will monitor on demand the EDL progress.
• The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB), evaluates the program annually and gives feedback.
• The PM monitors and promotes cross-project exchange of results, and the utilization of the developed techniques.
• A Program Management Team (PMT)  is responsible for the management of all the projects in EDL.
